We, at Jamoja, share a goal to work with individual athletes to affirm their worth, unique talents and in doing that build self-esteem and encourage mutual respect for other athletes, family members, school staff and fellow man.

We strive to create a safe, nurturing environment for youth to strive for excellence in their respective athletic endeavors and to gain exposure for their talents.
Diversity
We encourage the participation of athletes, trainers, coaches, teams and fans of all races, cultures, beliefs, and life experiences.
Families
We believe that athletes deserve a family or support network which can provide a sense of belonging, guidance and provide a strong sense of self connecting them to the world at large.
Partnership
We actively engage the building of relationships with local entities and communities to be able to provide the athletes, trainers, coaches, teams and fans with the best services possible.
