It's been 1 year since the first JAMOJA Semi- Camp. Throughout the year we have been conducting many Camps & Instructional Clinics. Helping build communities has been the main focus. It was done by teaching people about the joy of sports and the realities of the world.
Since August 2006 we have done 5 Semi-Camps and more than 8 Reach & Teach Instructional Clinics throughout the country including Florida , New Jersey , Pennsylvania , and Massachusetts . Only thing the success of each event required was time, passion, and love. And that has been JAMOJA’s most important priority; to reach and teach.
We have gone to basketball courts, gymnasiums, fields, and everything in between to lend a hand, bring awareness, and teach. From Tennis, to Softball, Football, and Basketball this is just the beginning of our fulfillment of our mission. So be on the lookout in 2008 for more sports in more gyms, fields, courts, pools, and ice, in more villages, towns, cities, states, countries, and continents throughout the world. You never know where we might pop up.
After 1 year of our services, all of our camps and clinics have been extremely successful. Every month has been a success. It is not the number of participants that attend, but the number of people who are touched. All it takes is 1. Just 1…
