How do I change my personal information? In the "My Locker" section, click on the box that says "Edit Profile". This is where you can change all of your personal information.

How do I change my default picture? In "My Locker", there is a 'My Pictures' section; click on 'Manage/Upload Pictures. To choose a picture as your default picture, click on the box marked "Use as Profile Picture".

What if I'm on more than one team and/or I play multiple sports? If you are on more than one team, join the teams that you are on and it will be listed in your profile for everyone to view. If you play multiple sports, go to "My Locker" and click on 'Manage My Sports'. This is where you can Add a Sport, Remove Sports and Edit Sports.

If I play two sports, which will appear on my profile page? All of your sports will appear on your profile page. Your primary sport will be listed first, with a drop box to view the rest of your sports. In order to choose your primary sport, go to 'Manage My Sports', click no a sport and check the box marked "Primary Sport".

Can I add photos or videos of myself to the site? Yes. Go to "My Locker" and select either 'Manage/Upload Pictures' or 'Manage/Upload Videos'. Then choose the pictures and videos you want to add to your profile page.

I want to follow and athlete or a team. How can I follow then without searching everytime? On each athlete's page, there is a link that says "Bookmark Athlete". Once you click on this link, the athlete, team, fan or Jamojan will be added to your bookmark list. Which is easy accessible whenever you are logged on. There is a drop box marked "-- My Bookmarks --" located at the top of the page. You can also manage your bookmarks in the "My Locker" section.

How do I get "Verification" as a team member, for my stats, ect.?

How do I add someone as my friend? On each users page, there is a link under thier picture that says Send a Friend Request. After that user Approves your request, they will be added to your friend's list.

If I reject someone as my friend, will they find out? No. They will not be notified. That person will just not appear as your friend.

Can I change the order of my friends list?

How can I delete someone from my Friends List? Go to "My Locker" and select 'Manage Friends'. Check the box next to the Friend you want to remove and select 'Remove Selected'.

Why isn't my school on the list of availiable schools? There is a possibility that your school has not yet been added to the JAMAJA database. It's easy to add your school to the list.

How can I add a school to the list? After you have searched for your school, and it is not listed, a text box will appear allowing you to add your school to the JAMOJA database.

Do I have to provide my GPA? No you do not. But if you are a student, it helps any college coach, scout or recruit that is searching for an athlete under a certain criteria.

Someone on JAMOJA is harrassing/threatning me. What can be done about it? First put that user on your blocked list, but choosing the 'Block this User' from the "My Bookmarks" drop box on the top of the page. Also, please contact us through the contact link at the bottom of all JAMOJA pages with the URL to the profile of the user harrassing you, and with details of how you were harrassed.

What is appropriate material for JAMOJA? Read the JAMOJA terms it will tell you all you need to know about what we are going to allow on our site.

Where do I report inappropriate content? If there is something on the profile itself that is innapropriate, look at the bottom of the profile and click on the contact link and send us a message.

Where do I report Spammers? Please contact us through the contact link at the bottom of all JAMOJA pages with the URL to the profile of a spammer, and details of how you were spammed.

Where do I report underage users?
Users must be 14 to join. According to the Terms of Service, if a user is under 14 and is misrepresenting their age, the account may be deleted. If you have sighted a user under 18 years of age on JAMOJA.com, please contact us with the URL or friend ID number and we will remove it.

How do I remove my child's profile from JAMOJA? Please work with your child to remove the account. Once you are logged into the site, click on "Edit Profile" and then simply delete information from the various fields. Click the "Save Profile" button found at the bottom of the page. Please alert us with the URL to the profile in question, and we can remove the profile in its entirety for you.

How do I report a copyright violation?
