My personal belief is my opinion and thoughts. You may not agree with them but they are what I feel..
I don't believe anything could have saved the life of Dale Earnhardt. The Lord said it was his time! Safety equipment may have only postponed his death until after the race when the rest of his family may have been injured. I thank God that did not happen.
"Dale died doing what he loved." I have herd that statement quite a bit since the accident, some may say "That shouldn't have happened." If it is your time to go then nothing will save you from your destine. I don't know about you but when it is my time I would rather go doing what I love doing.
Dale was to some people, A dream, A hero, A legend, A mentor, A friend, A father and A loving husband that we all will miss dearly.
To me Dale was a dream and a legend. When I drove 18 Wheeler I would daydream about having the privilege to drive Dale's transporter for one season and to have the opportunity to meet the man behind the "Intimidator" like exterior.
May you rest in peace...
